Lemon-Butter Sauce

Good tossed with steamed/boiled vegetables or served alongside broiled/baked seafood.

Ingredients

  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 ½ tbsps lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Put all ingredients in saucepan & heat briefly till well blended.
