Hearty lamb casserole

Ingredients

  • 500 g Diced lamb
  • 1 cup Beef stock
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Potatoes (Diced)
  • 2 Carrots (Peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup Peas and corn (Frozen)
  • 1 can Condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can Diced Italian tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps Curry powder
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

Keep screen awake
  • 1
    Dust lamb with flour. Throw into Dutch oven. Make stock. Throw that in. Throw everything else (except the peas and corn) in. Cook at 160 degrees for stirring every hour. Throw the peas and corn in then cook for another .
