Korean BBQ SAUCE

Ingredients

  • ½ c Soy sauce
  • ¼ c Water
  • ½ c Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsps Sambal
  • 1 ½ tsps Ginger powder
  • ½ tsp Cracked red chili
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsps Cornstarch
  • ¼ c Warer

Instructions

    Mix all except last 2 ingredients, water and cornstarch in a sauce pan, simmer on low for about . Mix cornstarch and water together and drizzle into sauce and simmer until it at its desired thickness. Place in a clean jar and refrigerate until used.
