Keto PSMF Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (Maria Emmerich base recipe/modified by Carnivore Angel)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Egg White Powder
  • ⅓ cup Allulose
  • 2 TBSPN Nutritional Yeast
  • ⅛ tsp Quick Rise Yeast
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsps Cream of Tartar
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • ¼ tsp Pineapple Extract (Optional)
  • 5 egg yolks

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Into a Dry Bowl (No moisture!), egg white powder, allulose, nutritional yeast, yeast, salt, cream of tartar and xantham gum.

    Whisk those together by hand w/ the whisking attachment

    Add liquid egg whites (Optional:can add the pineapple extract to egg whites).

    Stir to combine.

    Beat on High until stiff peaks form.

    Turn the speed down to half and slowly add 5 egg yolks.

    Then, turn the speed up for just to fully incorporate.

    Cover a baking sheet w/ parchment paper and spray w/ nonstick oil (avocado, or oil olive, coconut)

    Spray your scoop liberally w/ oil (inside & out). Scoop better onto the pan w/ the rolls barely touching.

    Bake at 325 for & then turn off oven and set timer for and let sit in over til timer goes off (or even longer so they don't fall as much)

    Remove & eat the whole pan.
