- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 3 ½ oz Pectin
- 2 tsps Butter
- Tomato sauce
- 3 tbsps Lemon juice
- 3 ½ lbs Peeled tomatoes
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Butter
