Jam & Jelly Recipes

Ingredients

  • 3 ¼ c Unsweetened fruit juice
  • ½ c Pectin powder
  • 3 ¾ c Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Jelly above
  • Jam below
  • 1 kg Fruit mashed
  • 3 ¾ c Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ½ oz Pectin
  • 2 tsps Butter
  • Tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 3 ½ lbs Peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Sprinkle pectin to bottom of maker, add the juice sugar, and butter to machine hit jelly button, let run for . Place lid on machine and let run to end of time. Can your jelly, makes 4 jars.

    Jahit the jam buttonm, sprinkle pectin on bottom of jam maker, add remaining ingredients . Hit the jam button and let run for . Place lid on machine and let run to end of time. Can your jelly, makes 3 jars.

    Tomato sauce,place all in machine, hitjam button, run for , place lid on machine and let machine finish cooking, jar and seal.
