jasmine rice

butter

small yellow squash, julienned

small zuchini, julienned

small carrot, julienned
Instructions
Keep screen awake

Combine rice with 1-3/4 cup water. Cook
18 minutes
. Let stand
5 minutes
.

In a skillet melt butter. Add vegetables and cook about
3-4 minutes
.

Combine vegetables with cooked rice.
