Ingredients: 1/4 c dehydrated minced carrot; 2 tbsp dehydrated minced bell pepper; 1 tbsp black pepper; 1/4 cup kosher salt; 3 tbsp garlic powder; 3 tbsp onion powder; 1/2 c sugar; 3 tbsp italian herb blend; 2 tsp dry mustard powder; 2 tbsp xanthan gum; 1/8 tsp Crushed red chili ground; 3 tbsp Dry parsley flakes fine

Great from scratch dry mix, for cruet bottles from Good Seasons. So much better than store bought.

Ingredients

¼ c dehydrated minced carrot
2 tbsps dehydrated minced bell pepper
1 tbsp black pepper
¼ cup kosher salt
3 tbsps garlic powder
3 tbsps onion powder
½ c sugar
3 tbsps italian herb blend
2 tsps dry mustard powder
2 tbsps xanthan gum
⅛ tsp Crushed red chili ground
3 tbsps Dry parsley flakes fine

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Make dressing by directions on standard cruet bottle. ( vinegar, water and oil + above seasoning ) .

In a quart Jar add, 1 c vinegar, 3/4 c water, 1 cup veg oil, and 4 tbsp dressing mix. mix with immersion blender on high until creamy. refrigerate. maks 3/4 quart.
