Serves 8

Make your own honey roasted nuts using whatever nuts you want. These are so easy and so good.you can double this recipe but don't go any bigger.

Ingredients

2 tbsps honey
2 tbsps butter
½ tsp salt
2 c your favorite nuts
¼-½ c granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350, line a large sheet pan with foil. In a saucepan over medium heat at honey, butter and salt, bring to a boil, remove from heat and add nuts, stir until well coated. Spread coated nuts out on foil lined pan, Bake at 350 for . Stir at and again at . At pour nuts and any honey mixture into a large bowl, While still piping hot sprinkle with sugar while stirring until crusty. Let them completely cool and then put in a sealed container.
