Honey-Mustard Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 med red potatoes (cut into wedges. 2 lbs)
  • ½ cup honey-mustard vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2 ea. green onions (chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Place the potatoes in a large saucepan cover with water. Bring to a boil.

    Cook until tender, about ; drain.

    In a large serving bowl, combine the warm potatoes, salad dressing, onions and salt; toss gently.

    Serve warm or cold.
