Ingredients

  • 3 Pork Chops (Center cut boneless)
  • 1 salt (pinch)
  • 1 pepper (pinch)
  • 1 Tbls. Veg Oil
  • 2 Tbls. Butter (unsalted, melted)
  • 3 Garlic (cloves, minced)
  • 1 tsp Parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 ½ Tbls. Honey
  • 2 Tbls. Water (warm)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Cayenne Pepper (pinches)

    Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Mix all the ingredients in the Honey garlic sauce together, Stir to combine well.

    Heat up the cast-iron skillet (preferred) on high heat. Add the veg oil and 1 Tbls. butter. Add the pork chops to the skillet and pan fry each side of the pork, uninterrupted for each. or until the surface turns brown, Flip over to the other side and repeat the same.

    Push the pork to one side of skillet, add the remaining butter. add the garlic and saute' for , or until they turn light brown. Add the honey garlic sauce, cook to reduce the sauce to a thicker consistency or until the sauce turns amber brown, Spoon sauce over the pork chops. Turn off the heat, garnish with the parsley and serve.
