Honey Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 filet Salmon
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ⅓ cup Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (Does not need to be measured out exactly)
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Parsley (Optional)
  • 1 Lemon (Optional: cut into wedges)

    Preheat oven to 375*

    Melt the butter over low-medium heat in small saucepan.

    Add honey, garlic, and lemon juice to the butter and whisk together until combined.

    Line baking tray with foil (enough to create a packet). Put salmon on foil.

    Pour butter mixture over the salmon and use spoon or brush to spread evenly over the salmon.

    Shake salt and pepper onto salmon. Just sprinkle around, do not coat the salmon.

    Wrap the salmon up in the foil to create a packet.
