Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (Option 1a)
  • 8 oz Neufchatel (Option 1b)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ c. green onions (sliced)
  • ½ c. parsley, fresh (chopped)
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried (crushed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp tarragon, dried (crushed)
  • 1 cucumber (slicing-style)
  • vegetables (fresh [Optional])
  • herbs (fresh [Optional])

Instructions

Keep screen awake
  • 1
    Mince garlic. Cut cucumber into 1/8-1/4-in. slices. Have cream cheese at room temperature.

    Beat together cream cheese/Neufchatel, garlic, onions, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, & tarragon on medium speed of electric mixer till well blended.

    Spread mixture on cucumber slices.

    If desired, garnish slices with fresh vegetables or herbs.
