Herb Butter

Good for tossing with vegetables or to round out the flavor of just about any food. Whether you keep it in the refrigerator or freezer, be sure to keep it tightly sealed.

Ingredients

  • ¼ lb butter
  • herbs (fresh; 3-4 tbsps [Use your favorite combinations.])

Instructions

Keep screen awake
  • 1
    Bring butter to room temperature.
  • 2
    Put all ingredients into blender /food processor & blend till smooth.
  • 3
    Pack into crock & chill.
