- 2 eggs
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup 2 % milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 lb dried figs, chopped
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 3 apples, chopped
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 ripe plantains or large bananas, pureed
