- ½ c. oil cold-pressed sunflower, neutral olive oil, or melted coconut oil
- ¾ c. honey*
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 8 c. rolled oats or other rolled grains
- ¾ c. sunflower seeds or other nuts
- 1 c. total of any of the following: ground flax seed whole flax seed or oat bran.
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- ¼ c. flour optional to increase clumps
- 1 c. dried fruit of choice optional - add after baking
