Gold Mountain Waffle
A multi-grain, multi-seed waffle.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Barley Flour (Freshly ground barley pearls)
- ½ cup Oat Flour (Freshly ground from steel cut oats)
- ½ cup Mix-seeds and mix-grins (Any and all. Even nuts if you have no allergy)
- 1 TBlsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tspn Corn Starch or Arrowroot
- 1 Tspn Ground Cinnamon
- 1 TBlsp Honey
- ½ Tspn Nutmeg
- 1 dash 3, 4, or 5 blend pepper (Freshly ground)
- ½ cup Sour Cream or Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ Tspsn Apple Cider Vinegar or Malt Vinegar
- 3 TBlsps White Sugar or Raw Sugar,
- 2 cups Water as needed.
- 2 Eggs Whole
- ½ cup Sorghum flour
- ¾ cup Apple, chunks
- ½ cup Butter
