Gluten-Free Vegan Biscuits
Gluten-Free Vegan alternative to traditional biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened PLAIN Almond Milk ()
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Braggs)
- 2 tbsps Non-Dairy, unsalted butter (Melt and brush on top of biscuits)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour ()
- ⅓ cup Corn or Potato Starch (Does not have to be included, increases fluffiness)
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 ½ tsps Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 6 tbsps All Vegetable Shortening (Can use Non-Dairy, unsalted butter)
- 2 tbsps Honey
