¾ cup
water
1 cup
tapioca flour
¼ cup
coconut flour
¼ tsp
salt
Instructions
Keep screen awake

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, whisking until smooth.

Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat then add coconut oil to the pan.

Pour approx 1/3 cup of batter into the pan. Cook
1-2 minutes
per side. The tortillas should be soft and foldable but golden brown.
