ground beef
1 ½ tsps
salt
1 tsp
mustard (dry)
¼ tsp
pepper
¼ c
. pepper, whole (green; finely chopped)
1 tbsp
capers
½ c
. chili sauce
2 tbsps
jelly (grape)
Instructions
Keep screen awake

Sprinkle salt, pepper, & mustard over ground beef.

Lightly mix in green pepper & drained capers.

Shape meat mixture into 6 1/2-in. thick patties.

Put chili sauce & jelly in saucepan & cook till jelly is melted (about
3-5-mins
.).

Grill patties over moderate heat for
6-mins
. per side.

Brush grape chili sauce on burgers & continue cooking till they reach desired doneness. As they cook, turn & brush occasionally with sauce.
