Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Sift together flour, baking powder & salt.

    Add eggs & milk mixing until all incorporated,

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.
  • 4
    Put batter into a funnel, start from the center of pan and spiral round and round till the size of pan. When golden brown, turn over and brown other side. Place cooked dough on a paper towel to drain any excess oil from batter. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar and syrup.
