scallops (in shells)
breadcrumbs (dried)
egg
olive oil
Instructions
Keep screen awake

Beat egg. Remove scallops from shell & clean.

Slice scallops & dip in breadcrumbs; then in egg.

Heat enough olive oil to cover all scallops to frying temperature. Fry scallops.
