Cut each pineapple in half lengthwise, all the way through stem.

With paring knife, loosen pineapple fruit from skin close to eyes to make 4 shells. Remove fruit, cut out sore, & discard meat.

Peel oranges; then slice into rounds.

Line 3 of the pineapple shells with the orange slices. Place some of the slices so that they reach just above the edges of each pineapple shell forming a scallop.

HONEY-LIME DRESSING: Mix all ingredients well.

Slice avocados & brush with Hone-Lime Dressing.

Toss together avocado slices, strawberries, & pineapple.
