Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Fresh Peaches (Chopped)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

    Combine milk, egg and butter.
  • 4
    Stir into dry ingredients.
  • 5
    Fold in peaches.

    Spoon batter into greased muffin tin and sprinkle with sugar.

    Bake .

    (For Fruit topping, dip a cube of canned fruit (pineapple, pear, pear) in sugar and place on top of muffins before baking.)
