Four Cheese Chicken Pasta Bake

Do not add extra chicken- it will get too heavy to eat.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 oz cans (bigger than Campbell's))
  • 1 lb Bowtie Pasta
  • 4 ½ tbsps Flour
  • 9 tbsps Butter
  • ½ cup Half-and-Half
  • 1 ⅛ cups Gouda Gheese, Grated (About 4-5 oz)
  • 1 ⅛ cups White Cheddar Cheese, Grated (About 4-5 oz)
  • 1 ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated (About 6 oz)
  • 6 oz Mascarpone Cheese

Instructions

    Cook pasta as directed.

    Grill chicken and cut into small strips.

    Preheat oven to 350*.
  • 4
    Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Then reduce heat to low.

    Stir in Mascarpone, White Cheddar, Gouda, 1 1/8 cup of Parmesan, and half-and-half. Allow cheese to melt and meld together while constantly stirring.

    Once completely mixed together, stir in chicken.

    Add pasta to chicken and cheese mixture and mix well.

    Spoon into a 9x9 in baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese on top.
