Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ⅓ cup lime juice
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds skirt or flank steak
  • 6 flour tortillas

    Combine olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, onion, oregano, chili powder, pepper, cumin and garlic in a leak-proof plastic sack. Put the steak in the sack and tie top securely. Turn the sack so the marinade coats the steak. Refrigerate at least .
