Egg Salad Sandwich

The recipe was submitted by the cookbook's author, Mrs. Dana Gustafson, of Brandon, Florida.

Even though these appetizers are called sandwiches, they are actually open-faced appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (hard-boiled; chopped)
  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp onion (diced)
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 loaf party bread (rye)

Instructions

Keep screen awake
  • 1
    Mix eggs with all other ingredients except bread.

    Spread on rye slices.
