Ingredients: 4 eggs (hard-boiled; chopped); 3 tbsp. mayonnaise; 1 tbsp. onion (diced); 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1/8 tsp. salt; 1 loaf party bread (rye)

Even though these appetizers are called sandwiches, they are actually open-faced appetizers.

Ingredients

4 eggs (hard-boiled; chopped)
3 tbsps mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion (diced)
⅛ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp salt
1 loaf party bread (rye)

Instructions

Keep screen awake

Mix eggs with all other ingredients except bread.

Spread on rye slices.
