Egg Salad Sandwich

Even though these appetizers are called sandwiches, they are actually open-faced appetizers.

- 4 eggs (hard-boiled; chopped)
- 3 tbsps mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp onion (diced)
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 loaf party bread (rye)
