Line 8x8 pan with foil and spray with pam, place all ingredients in 3 quart non stick sauce pan, heat on medium burner while stirring, bring to a rolling boil, continue stirring to 235 to 240 degrees on a candy thermometer. remove from heat, later pour through a screen strainer into foil lined pan. let completely cool, about three hours in refrigerator, pull out of pan and cut into 1 inch pieces, wrap with wax paper.
