- 2 c. vegetables (mixed; frozen [Option 2b])
- 1 c. pepper, whole (green bell; chopped [Option 2 c])
- 1 c. onion (chopped [Option 2d])
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder (Option 3a)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried [Option 3b])
- 1 tsp Worcestershire (Option 3 c)
- 1 tsp soy sauce (Option 3 c)
- 1 box Rice-a-Roni (Beef / Beef & Mushrooms)
