Dutch Oven Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • ½ c sugar
  • ¾ c warm water
  • 2 tbsps yeast
  • 1 c warm milk
  • ¾ c melted butter divided
  • ½ c potato flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 egg
  • 2 tsps vital wheat gluten (optional)
  • 2 tsps dough enhancer (optional)
  • 4-4 ½ c flour

  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ c brown sugar
