Creamy Garlic Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Penne Pasta (1 box)
  • 3 tbs Butter
  • 2 tsps Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbs Flour
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 4 sprinkles Pepper
  • 2 tsps Parsley

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Cook pasta according to box directions.

    Melt butter in medium sauce pan.
  • 3
    Add garlic and cook for over medium heat.
  • 4
    Add flour and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
  • 5
    Add milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.

    Add parmesan cheese and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese has melted and give the sauce a chance to thicken. If it does not thicken, add more flour until desired consistency is reached.

    Pour sauce over pasta and serve immediately.

    Sprinkle parsley and additional parmesan cheese on top of each plate.
