Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Rotelle tomatoes
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn (Undrained)
  • 1 can Black Beans (Rinsed and drained)
  • 1 Pkg. Ranch dressing mix (dry)
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese

    Throw everything except cream cheese in crockpot and cook for . before serving, remove chicken breasts and shred into bite size pieces. Put chicken back in crockpot and 1 8 oz cream cheese. replace lid and let it cook for a half hour. Stir well until cream cheese is melted and serve
