Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs country style pork ribs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 1-½ cup Country Tangy Marinade (Under sauces and marinade)

    Follow instructions for Country Tangy Marinade recipe. Drain and discard used marinade from the ribs. Grill, uncovered, over indirect medium heat for on each side.

    Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, combine the honey, brown sugar and reserved marinade. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for or until slightly thickened.

    Basste ribs with some of the sauce. Grill longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, turning and basting occasionally. Serve with the remaining
