Ingredients

  • 500 g Mince
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 3 Garlic cloves Diced
  • 2 Carrots Grated
  • 1 Zucchini Grated
  • 1 tin Tomato Puree
  • 500 ml Beef Stock
  • 2 Table Spoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tea Spoon Oregano
  • 1 Tea Spoon Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1.5 Table Spoon Flour
  • 200 g Grated Cheese
  • Mash Potato

  • 6 Medium Potatos
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 25 g Butter or Margarine

    Heat some oil in a pan. Add Onion and Garlic. Cook . Add mince and brown. Add vegetables, cook for .

    Add Tomato Puree, Worcestershire Sauce and Flour. Stir until well mixed. Add Bay leaves and Oregano and Thyme. Salt and Pepper as required. Simmer for until sauce starts to thicken.

    Peel and chop potato. Boil until soft. Drain water and mash with a small amount of milk (50-100 ml) and butter/margarine. Add 150g Cheese.
