Ingredients

  • 1 can cream styled corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix

Instructions

    spray dish with oil. In mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Do not make the cornbread mix, just throw in powder. Stir well. I like to use the sour cream with chives....adds a little color. Pour into your dish and bake at 300-325. Depending on the size of your dish, bake about to an hour. When it starts to get brown around the edges check it.
