Coffee butter almond ice cream

For 2 qt ice cream maker.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps butter
  • 1 c diced almonds
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ½ c whole milk
  • 1 ⅛ c sugar
  • 3-5 tbsps instant espresso powder
  • 3 c heavy cream
  • 2 tsps almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Saute the almonds and salt in the butter until almonds are golden, strain and refrigerate. Add remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix for about until sugar is has dissolved, place in refrigerator for .

    Pour ice cream mixture into frozen ice cream bowl and turn on, mix for adding toasted almonds the last , serve soft or freeze in air tight container fo a more firm ice cream.
