Homemade coconut ice milk by Jerry, 2 quarts

Ingredients

  • 3 c Whole milk
  • 1 ½ c Heavy cream
  • ⅔ c Sugar
  • ¾ c Sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Coconut extract or emulsion

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved, refrigerate for several hours and thin follow your ice cream makers instructions.
