Cocktail Sauce
Cocktail Sauce is typically served to accompany shellfish.

Ingredients
- horseradish (raw; grated)
- salt

- ¾ c. chili sauce
- 2-4 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion (grated)
- hot pepper sauce (a few drops)
