Ingredients: 2 chipotle chilis minced; 2 tbsp adobo sauce from chipotle chilis in sauce; 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp dehydrated onion flakes; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 c water; 1 c distilled white vinegar; 1/2 c honey; 1/4 c packed brown sugar; 12 oz tomato paste

nice spicy ketchup made with honey instead of corn syrup like store brands, plus zero preservatives.

Ingredients

2 chipotle chilis minced
2 tbsps adobo sauce from chipotle chilis in sauce
1 ½ tsps garlic powder
2 tsps dehydrated onion flakes
1 ½ tsps salt
½ c water
1 c distilled white vinegar
½ c honey
¼ c packed brown sugar
12 oz tomato paste

mix all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a low simmer, simmer and stir for , bottle in pint jars and refrigerate. makes about 1 quart. I do this in a large stock pot because when it is simmering it spits in all directions.
