- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire or soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, wedged
- ½-2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
