Chilled Lemon Flan
A quick but rather calorie laden (aren't all the best ones!) dessert. I prefer to use ginger biscuits rather than the traditional digestive.
Ingredients
- 6 oz digestive biscuit
- 3 oz butter
- 5 fl oz double cream
- 6 oz tin of condensed milk
- 2 large lemons
- raspberries to decorate
