Chili Verde Pork
Slow cooker chili verde.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder fat trimmed ¾ inch cubes
- 2 lg white onions chopped
- 2 med heads garlic chopped
- 3 each poblanos chopped seed included
- 28 oz can tomatillos
- 18 oz chili verde salsa
- ½ c chopped fresh parsley
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 tsps garlic salt
- 2 jalapenos seeds removed diced fine
- 1 ½ tsps ground cumin
