Chicken wrapped in Parma ham with a creamy herb sauce

Great, easy to make chicken that tastes amazing

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 6 slices parma ham
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 handfulls green beans

    Heat over to 180. Put entire bulb garlic in foil with a tablespoon of olive oil. Wrap it up and put it in the oven for .

    Lay the parma ham slices beside each other, slightly overlapping. Season the chicken breast and place it in the middle of the parma ham. Fold the slices over so it is evenly wrapped.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken parcel for on each side. Transfer to a dish and cook in the over for another .

    In a small pan - reduce the chicken stock by half, add the cream and 3 gloves of roasted garlic (keep the rest and mix with mayo for a quick garlic mayo). Reduce by half again and strain. Stir through the chopped herbs.

    Serve the steamed beans on a warmed plate, place the chicken on top and spoon the sauce over.
