Chicken and Bacon Carbonara
Chicken and bacon are a match made in heaven. Remember to reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water - the salty, starchy water not only adds flavour, but helps the pasta and sauce stick together.

- 500 g chicken (french grind)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 4 mushrooms (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (diced finely)
- 500 g pasta
- 1 eggs wisked
- 1 cup cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour-cream
- 500 ml cream
- 4 slices bacon
