- 1 ½ cups Quick grits
- 6 cups Water
- 2 teaspoons Season salt (Put in water)
- 1 teaspoon Tony chacheres (Mix in after grits are cooked)
- 1 stick Butter
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 lb Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
