Chardonnay Steak Sauce

I didn't use exact measurements. But this is the BEST steak sauce I have ever had. Use the drippings from the pan, after you make the steak

Ingredients

  • 2 small cuts Butter ()
  • ⅓ cup Chardonnay Wine
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Instructions

    Add Butter to saucepan after removing your steaks. Do not drain the pan. Add 1/3 cup chardonnay wine, once the butter is almost melted. Then, add cornstarch. MIx all contents together until you create a sauce like texture. Drizzle over mashed potatoes and steaks!
