Burger Buns
If you weigh these in at 2.5 ounces each you will get 12 buns from this recipe. There very good buns no matter what size you make them but if you do 8 like the recipe calls for there huge.

- 1 c warm water (105 degrees)
- 2 tbsps softened butter
- 1 lg egg
- 3 ½ c flour
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 ¼ tsps salt
- 1 tbsp fast acting yeast
