Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 ½ cups Celery (Chopped w / leaves)
  • ½ cup Flour (Or Substitute Quinoa Flour)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 4 cups Bone Chicken Broth (Low Sodium)
  • 5 cups Milk (Or Substitute Low Fat)
  • 1-2 heads Broccoli (Substitute Cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts)

Instructions

    Using a large soup pot, melt butter and saute' onion. celery till translucent.

    Stir in flour and seasoning on low heat.

    Gradually add broth and milk stirring well.
  • 4
    Add the Broccoli/Cauliflower or Brussel Sprouts and simmer for a good . You can pre cook the veggies if your in a rush and want to eat sooner
