Ingredients

  • 1-5 russet potatoes
  • 1 med onion (diced)

Instructions

    dice potatoes into bite size pieces and add to diced onions. now get a med to large frying pan and cover the bottom with veg oil when oil get hot add potatoes and onions add salt and pepper, stir and cover with a lid, reduce heat to low till potatoes are soft. now remove lid and turn the heat to med till potatoes get golden browned but not to much, now drain oil and serve.
