Blueberry Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup gluten free oats
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (Or fage yogurt)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ tsp stevia (Or less)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Keep screen awake

    Put rolled oats in food processor and blend until oats are a fine powder.

    Add remaining ingredients except the blueberries and blend until batter forms about .
  • 3
    Heat griddle to 300 degrees. Grease with coconut oil
  • 4
    Pour batter onto hot griddle and add blueberries. Cook until light brown on both sides.
