Blueberry Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup graham cracker crumbs (about 24 squares)
  • ¾ cup sugar (divided)
  • ½ cup butter or margine (melted)
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (softened, 8 oz)
  • 2 ea. eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 1 carton frozen whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

    In a bowl; combine the cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.

    Press into 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish.

    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; and the eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.

    Bake at 350 degree for or until set.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool on a wire rack.

    Spread with pie filling and whipped topping.

    Refrigerate until serving.
